🫀 Travel Echocardiographer / Echo Technologist

📍 Location: St. Johnsbury, Vermont
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
☀️ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4 × 8-Hour Day Shifts
⏱️ Hours: 32 Hours/Week

We're seeking an experienced Echocardiographer / Echo Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment supporting inpatient, outpatient, emergency department, and surgical patients. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled cardiac sonographer who can work independently while collaborating closely with cardiologists and multidisciplinary care teams.

✅ Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Echocardiography experience
Graduate of an accredited Cardiac Sonography, Echocardiography, or Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
RDCS through ARDMS or RCS through CCI
Current BLS Certification (AHA)
Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, pathology, Doppler principles, and echocardiographic imaging
Previous travel experience required
Strong communication, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills

🫀 Clinical Experience
Perform high-quality transthoracic echocardiograms
Perform limited, contrast, and bubble studies according to established protocols
Obtain accurate cardiac measurements and diagnostic-quality images
Evaluate patient history and optimize imaging techniques
Recognize significant findings and communicate urgent abnormalities when appropriate
Provide echocardiography services across inpatient, outpatient, ED, and surgical settings
Collaborate with cardiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain patient safety, comfort, and accurate documentation throughout examinations

📌 Assignment Highlights
32 hours per week
Monday–Friday daytime schedule
No weekend or holiday coverage
