Position Highlights:

Home Health Occupational Therapist opportunity
Prioritize Start of Care visits
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
Submit next-day reports for Start of Care visits
Complete clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours
Maintain timely communication with supervisors, intake, and office teams
30 productivity points per week
Training includes 3 full days: 1 in-house and 2 in the field
Alameda County territory, with expansion as needed

Requirements:

Active California OT license
3+ year of Home Health experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage scheduled visits
