Job Summary
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their functional goals and safely return to daily activities. This position is ideal for a Physical Therapist with a passion for sports medicine and outpatient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to maximize functional outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge plans accurately and timely
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Supervise students as assigned
Maintain compliance with state practice standards and clinic policies
Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
2+ years of outpatient clinical experience
CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications

Sports Physical Therapy experience preferred
Previous travel assignment experience highly preferred
Previous Select Medical assignment experience a plus

Treva Workforce Job ID #808098. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
