Monday–Friday
8-hour day shifts
40 hours per week
Job Summary

Provide outpatient physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. Work closely with physicians and the rehabilitation team to help patients regain function, improve mobility, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Modify treatment plans based on patient progress
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered orthopedic care
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS/CPR Certification (if required)
Preferred Qualifications
Outpatient orthopedic experience
Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills
Experience with EMR documentation
