Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Job Overview * Candidates must be residing and licensed in Philadelphia, PA only *

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the healthcare team to assess, stabilize, and treat patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

Triage and assess patients presenting with urgent or life-threatening conditions.

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments.

Assist physicians with procedures and emergency interventions.

Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status.

Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team.

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions.

Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Participate in ongoing training, skills validation, and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Credentials & Certifications

Active RN license

BLS / ACLS (PALS preferred)

Immunizations: Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza, COVID-19

Compliance with standard screenings and verifications (background check, drug screen, TB test, and other regulatory requirements)
