Requisition Comments and Notes

• Assignment length: 16 to 32 weeks
• Floating required (may need to float to TCH Ticonderoga campus)
• Schedule may be adjusted to meet the needs of the unit
• CT unit: Philips Ingenuity 64
• X-ray coverage: Rad rooms both GE with Fuji digital plates, portable x-ray unit: Philips digital

Requirements

• Prior travel experience required
• CT ARRT, rad ARRT, and NY injection certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required, 5 years preferred
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required
• NY license, or proof of application with applied date required in submission packet

Additional Information

• Monday to Sunday schedule
• No block schedules
• Bi-weekly orientations on Monday
• Ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
• Complete work history information required (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.)
