Submission Guidelines:

• Previous permanent or per diem staff cannot work at the specified hospital.
• Healthcare professionals can only be submitted to one need at the hospital at a time.
• Submission should include Full SSN, DOB, and RTO.
• Prior travel experience is preferred but not required.
• Scheduling will be based on facility needs; no self-scheduling or block scheduling is allowed.
• NYS license is required at time of submission, but screening is possible without it.
• Candidates should have at least one year of experience in the specialty unless stated otherwise.
• Do not include photo ID and SSN card in the submission.

Orientations:

• RN / LPN orientations occur bi-weekly.
• Allied orientations take place weekly on Mondays.

Attire:

• Scrub color and shoe information is provided in UD.
• No artificial or gel nails; no chipped polish allowed.

General Information:

• Covid and flu declinations are accepted.
• BLS (AHA or American Red Cross) must be obtained prior to the starting date.
• All compliance documents are due 7 days prior to the starting date.
• Electronic Medical Record system: Cerner.
• All travelers must float to units within their competencies.

Requisition Notes:

• CT Tech shift: 10-hour nights, Sunday to Wednesday, 9p-7a with a 30-minute unpaid break.
• One year of experience is required if it meets facility standards.
• NY injection certification is highly preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has experience starting IVs and managing contrast injections.
• BLS certification is required.
• Eligible to apply with proof of pending NYS license.
• Must possess ARRT certification.
• Three days of call each month, including one weekend day.
