Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled respiratory therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing respiratory care assessments and developing care plans. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for patients requiring respiratory therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Operate and maintain various respiratory equipment
• Monitor and record patient progress
• Educate patients and their families regarding respiratory care

Requirements

• Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in critical care settings is preferred

Skills

• Proficiency in the use of respiratory therapy equipment
• Knowledge of respiratory protocols and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly
