Schedule:
Rotating shift schedule with on-call, callback, floating, holidays, and weekends as per unit needs.

Description:
The operating room provides care for a diverse range of patients with various specialties, including orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ophthalmic, gynecology, ENT, thoracic, oral-maxillofacial, and trauma cases at a level 1 trauma center. The facility utilizes two Davinci robots across multiple services. The transplant program encompasses liver, kidney, and heart transplants.

Job Requirements:
- Two years operating room experience preferred, particularly in a level 1 trauma setting
- Ability to scrub and circulate

Certifications:
- BLS (American Heart Association only)
- ACLS (preferred)

Preferred Surgical Experience:
- Experience in specialty cases such as transplants, plastics, and reconstructive surgery
- Craniotomy experience
- Strong orthopedic background

Behavioral Characteristics and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to function in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in utilizing telemetry
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work collaboratively with the surgical team
