Position / Specialty: Med Surg RN
Shift: 3x12 Nights (1900-0730)
Ratios/Daily Caseload: 1:6 for all shifts.
Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required.
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend.
Certs REQ: BLS required, ACLS preferred.
Is on-call REQ? No.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes- will float between 2 Med Surg units as needed.
Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.
Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
Must have active IL license or be in application process with ETA to apply for this role.
RTO Restrictions: Discuss time off requests with manager.
Special Requirements: Med Surg experience required. Experience Starting IVs required. Cerner and teaching hospital experience preferred. Community Hospital experience preferred.
