Responsibilities:

The Practice Manager of OMFS and Plastic Surgery is accountable for the direction, supervision and evaluation of patient care and is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) and Plastic Surgery department in accordance with established goals. Responsible for clinic operations, scheduling, staffing, budget and coordination of the quality improvement process. Applies advanced, broad-based knowledge of healthcare administration as well as advanced knowledge of techniques of supervision, management, leadership and marketing as applied to the OMFS and Plastic Surgery setting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability.
• 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting.
• 1 year of leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting.
