Responsibilities: The RN Risk Management Coordinator provides clinical expertise and is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating clinical, operational, and regulatory risks across post-acute services lines, including Home Health, Behavioral Health, and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). This role partners closely with clinical leadership, quality, compliance, and operations to promote patient safety, reduce adverse events, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the continuum of care. Qualifications: Education• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or relevant fieldExperience• 2 years of experience in Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Case Management, Discharge Planning, Utilization Review, Infection Control, or nursing project development/education  Licenses and Certifications• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California One of the following is preferred: • CPHQ - Certified Professional Healthcare Quality • CPHRM - Certified Healthcare Risk Management • NATIONAL - National Certification related to specialty and applicable to role  Disclaimers:
