Description
As a Clinical Supervisor in Respiratory with Community, you will join a team of over 200 highly trained and skilled therapists with the largest health system in the region. Responsibilities:
Assists Manager in evaluation, staffing and discipline of team members. Coordinates activity and workflow of the respiratory care team. Performs routine and complex prescribed respiratory care procedures to meet cardiopulmonary needs of the patient. Schedules and assigns daily workload to staff team members. Serves as a professional resource person to toher members of the respiratory care staff and others requested.
Qualifications:Education
- Completion of an approved Respiratory Care Program required
Experience
- 2 years Respiratory Care experience in an acute care facility required
Certifications
- RCP - State of California Respiratory Care Practitioner License required
- RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist w/ NBRC required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification required
- PALS - Pediatric Advance Life Support Certification required
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program required
