Responsibilities:

As the Practice Manager for Community Health Partners, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee our clinic and hospital-based practice's daily administrative and clinical operations for our growing physician practice. You will lead the establishment of work procedures and standards, manage budgets and payments, and supervise and train office and administrative staff. This is a unique opportunity to be integral to the improvement,efficiency and effectiveness of our practice.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree and experience requirements
• 2 years of practice / healthcare experience required
