Responsibilities:

As the Director of Skilled Nursing / Sub-Acute for Community Regional Medical Center, you will be responsible for administering the facility's philosophy, goals, and policies in accordance with organizational standards, including government agencies. Through your excellent leadership and management skills, you will be essential for optimum facility performance - providing industry-leading care for Valley patients and beyond.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3 years of experience as a Manager or Administrator in an acute hospital, long-term or subacute care facility required
• Proven leadership ability required

Licenses and Certifications

• NHA - State of California Nursing Home Administrator required
