Responsibilities: You love what you do, now love where you do it.As a Nuclear Medicine PET/CT Technologist at Community Cancer Institute you will practices at a fully independent level, supporting a high‑acuity imaging environment through technical expertise, sound judgment and collaboration with Nuclear Medicine Physicians. This role is embedded within a multidisciplinary team committed to diagnostic accuracy, patient safety and continuous quality improvement.
You will independently perform nuclear medicine procedures, including preparing, compounding, administering and quality‑testing radiopharmaceuticals in compliance with regulatory standards. You will ensure high‑quality imaging through accurate patient identification, appropriate exam selection, proper positioning and protocol completion, while maintaining a safe and compliant environment through adherence to aseptic technique, medication‑administration standards, radiation safety practices, equipment maintenance requirements and precise documentation.
Qualifications:Education and Experience
- Graduate from an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program or Associate's Degree in related field required
- 2 years of post-program graduate experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist required

Licenses and Certifications
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
- CTNM - State of California Certified Tech Nuclear Medicine all scopes including venipuncture required
Must have one of the following primary certification:
- NMTCB(CNMT) - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- ARRT(N) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Nuclear Medicine Technology

Having to float downtown. When I was there the management kept changing. Moving antepartum back and forth to 2nd floor when 1st floor antepartum rooms needed to be used.
