Responsibilities:In this new role as an Assistant Nurse Manager at Community Regional, you’ll apply the leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside to support a 47-bed combined Surgical Cardiac Progressive Care and Neuroscience unit. Serving patients with complex cardiac surgical and neuro comorbidities — including post-open heart, LVAD, trauma, epilepsy, and spinal injury — you’ll play a critical role in a fast-paced environment that thrives on collaboration and precision. As part of the only Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center between Los Angeles and Sacramento, this is your opportunity to lead care that truly makes an impact across California.

As a member of the unit leadership team, the Assistant Nurse Manager is an exempt level role scheduled 8-hour shifts.
Qualifications:- RN – Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
- BLS – Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Certifications as required for the unit
