Registered Nurse (RN) – Unit Manager | Travel Contract

Location: Exeter, New Hampshire
Position: RN – Unit Manager
Contract Length: 8 Weeks

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $63/hour
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,520 (Including Stipend)
Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,864
Overtime Rate: $73/hour (After 40 hours)
Completion Bonus: $1,000 for successful completion of the 8-week contract*
Schedule
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekend Requirement: Mandatory weekend on-call rotation every 4 weeks
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the assigned nursing unit and ensure high-quality resident care.
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain clinical excellence.
Coordinate resident care plans with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
Monitor patient conditions, evaluate outcomes, and ensure timely interventions.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards.
Participate in staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives.
Manage admissions, discharges, and resident care transitions.
Respond to clinical concerns and provide leadership during emergencies.
Promote a safe, collaborative, and resident-centered care environment.
Requirements
Active New Hampshire RN License (or Compact RN License if applicable)
Previous Unit Manager or Charge Nurse experience preferred
Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Current BLS Certification
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bonus Eligibility

The $1,000 completion bonus will be awarded upon successful completion of the contract. To qualify, clinicians must have no more than two call-outs during the assignment and no No Call/No Show (NCNS) incidents. Failure to meet these requirements will void bonus eligibility.
