Description

Travel RN Manager opportunity for an 8-week assignment working day shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) with a 40-hour guaranteed schedule. This leadership role is ideal for experienced nurse leaders with strong clinical oversight, staff management, and operational coordination skills in an acute care or long-term care environment. Requirements: Active RN license required
Previous RN leadership or management experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and team leadership skills required
Experience with staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and patient care oversight preferred
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills required
Ability to manage unit operations and support staff development
Weekend on-call participation required
Mandatory weekend on-call rotation every 4 weeks
Details: Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
