Pay: $2,340- $2,520/Weekly Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: 3x12s | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week
Work Week: Sunday – Saturday
Candidate Type: Local & Travel Accepted
Local Radius: Less than 75 miles (Local Rate Applies)
Overtime:
Daily OT after 24 hours
Weekly OT after 48 hours

This Medical/Surgical unit provides comprehensive care to adult patients recovering from surgical procedures and acute medical conditions.

Common Patient Diagnoses:
Post-operative surgical care
Abdominal pain
Cholelithiasis
Osteoarthritis
Fractures
Back pain
Bariatric (Morbid Obesity) Surgery Recovery

Equipment Used:
IV Pumps
NG Tubes
Feeding Tubes

Patient Population:
Adult Patients
EMR System:
EPIC
Requirements
✔ Active New York RN License (Required)
✔ Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg RN experience
✔ Previous travel nursing experience is required
✔ Current AHA BLS Certification
✔ NURSYS License Verification for all active RN licenses
✔ Valid Driver's License (Address must match application demographics)
✔ Completed Med Surg Skills Checklist
✔ All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted with the application

Floating to other appropriate units is required based on patient care needs.
Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed.
