RN - MedSurg/Tele | Location: Shelby, NC
Assignment Overview
Join our MedSurg/Tele team to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with medical-surgical and telemetry patient populations, focusing on managing complex conditions such as total joint replacements, colon resections, and gallbladder surgeries.

- Shift Details: 3x12 hour shifts, Nights (1845-0700)

- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2025 (negotiable)
- Floating: Required within region and scope of practice
- Weekend rotation: Every other weekend
- Holiday expectations: Must work 75% of holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage non-titrating cardiac drips
- Perform wound care and manage drains/tubes
- Start PIVs and manage central lines
Qualifications
Required:
- 18 months Med/Tele RN experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Basic Med/Tele skillset including cardiac rhythm interpretation and wound care
