Requirements
- ARRT CT and ARRT Radiography certifications required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant CT/Radiography experience
- Proficiency in CT and X-ray imaging, including portable radiography
- IV skills and ability to perform contrast administration per unit protocol
- BLS and CPR certification required
- Experience with Meditech and GE PACS documentation systems
- Ability to work independently in an ED setting and manage a 1:1 patient environment
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans and diagnostic X-rays (fixed and portable) for emergency department patients during assigned night shift
- Operate and troubleshoot GE Rev EVO 64-slice CT and GE digital X-ray equipment in accordance with department policies
- Provide patient care related to imaging procedures, including IV starts and contrast administration as indicated
- Accurately document exams and images in Meditech and GE PACS and maintain patient records
- Collaborate with ED staff to prioritize cases and ensure timely imaging for critical patients
- Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and unit dress code (gray scrubs) while supporting positive patient experience metrics

Job Description
We are seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week night assignment in Myrtle Beach, SC, beginning 05/11/2026. The role requires a multi-modality tech to perform CT and X-ray imaging for emergency department patients, operate GE 64-slice CT and digital X-ray systems (including portable units), and document studies using Meditech and GE PACS. Candidates must hold ARRT CT and Radiography certifications, have at least three years’ experience, be proficient with IV/contrast procedures, and maintain BLS/CPR. This is a fast-paced ED radiology position with one-to-one patient care expectations and a focus on timely, high-quality imaging services.
