Description

Case Manager RN – Tallahassee, FL
Schedule: Days, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST; 1 weekend every 4 weeks

Qualifications:
3+ years recent acute care Case Management experience or 3+ years in Med/Surg, Tele, Neuro, ICU, PCU, or ED
Home Health/Insurance CM accepted with 3 years acute care experience and 1 year acute care experience within the last 5 years
ADN/Diploma required; BSN preferred
Active FL RN or compact RN (FL license within 90 days)
Case Management certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive benefits package available
Salary based on experience
Shift differential: $2.50/hr evenings, $2.00/hr weekends ($4.50/hr combined)
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.
