Compensation
Weekly Gross Pay: $3,215
Blended Pay Rate: $89.3/hour
Taxable Pay: $17.00/hour ($1,080/week)
Housing & Meals Stipend: $2,135 weekly

Unit Overview:
38-bed multi-specialty ICU
Collaborative nursing environment
High-acuity, patient-centered care
May float to Med-Surg when needed
Strong opportunity for experienced ICU nurses

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of RN ICU experience
Multi-specialty ICU experience such as:
MICU
SICU
CCU
Neuro ICU
CT ICU
Active Massachusetts RN License
BLS
ACLS
NIHSS
Telemetry experience required
Must independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips
Telemetry test on Day 1
Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN, or BSN preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Coordinate and delegate patient care activities
Maintain accurate patient records
Enter and interpret computerized clinical information
Follow nursing policies and quality standards
Support quality improvement initiatives as needed

Important: Candidates residing within 50 miles will be considered local and receive the local rate.
