- Allied Health License for or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: CA PT License
- Equipment/Procedures: Kinnser, iPad, Verizon One Talk
- Weekend/Call: Weekend = Required; Call = None stated
- Experience: 1 year
