Description
Annashae Healthcare Staffing is currently filling a 1099 Contract position available with our client in Tuba City, AZ for an opportunity as a Pharmacy Pharmacist.
- Location: Tuba City, AZ

- Shift: Days
Minimum Requirements:
- Pharmacy License for AZ or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this Pharmacy work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a State or Territory of the United States, current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience: 2 years
