Description
Annashae Healthcare Staffing is currently filling a 1099 Contract position available with our client in Tuba City, AZ for an opportunity as a Pharmacist.
- Location: Tuba City, AZ
- Start: 10/19/2026 - 01/18/2027
- Shift: Nights
Minimum Requirements:
- Pharmacy License for AZ or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: Must have a current valid and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in a State or Territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification with the American Heart Association
- Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience: 2 years
