Description
Annashae Healthcare Staffing is currently filling a W2 Contract position available with our client in Waimea, HI for an opportunity as an Allied Health Physical Therapist.

Minimum Requirements:
- Allied Health License for HI or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: Hawaii PT license
- Equipment/Procedures: Inpatient, ICU, SNF, Outpatient, ER, Med/Surg (Acute, Observation), OB
