Minimum Requirements:

• Allied Health License for MA or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: LCSW, LICSW/LMHC required in Massachusetts
• Equipment/Procedures: Sufficient typing and computer skills to facilitate use of Electronic Health Record required
