Description
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Total Hours Per Week: 40 weekly
• Shift Breakdown: 4x10 hrs
• Shift: Days
• Shift Hours: Monday - Friday; variable 10-hour shifts between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (typically 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Weekends: Call shifts required
• On Call: Yes
• Call Requirements: Weeknight and weekend call required. Must maintain a 30-minute response time. Minimum callback period is 2 hours.
• Required Experience: Neuro Interventional Radiology experience preferred
• Required Certifications/Licenses: ARRT Radiography Certification (R) and ARRT Vascular Interventional Radiography Certification (VI)
• License Required: ARRT (R) and ARRT (VI)
• Dress Code: OR Scrubs provided by the facility
• Overtime/Holiday Rate: 1.5x OT / 0.5x Holiday
• Call Back: Callback period of 2 hours with a required 30-minute response time
