Travel MS/Tele RN – Matthews, NC | Up to $2,079/Week | 3x12 Nights
Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a travel assignment with a reputable healthcare system in Matthews, North Carolina.
Assignment Details
* Location: Matthews, NC
* Start Date: October 5, 2026
* Duration: 20 weeks
* Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts
* Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
* Hours: 36 hours/week
* Openings: 2
* Estimated Weekly Pay: Up to $2,079/week
* Scheduling: Self-scheduling
* Travel Experience: Not required
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience – HARD STOP
* Current RN license eligible to practice in North Carolina
* BLS
* NIHSS
* MS/Tele experience
* Epic experience preferred
* Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
* IV therapy and phlebotomy
* Blood product administration
* Central and peripheral line care
* Rapid Response/Code Team experience
* Isolation precautions/PPE
* Non-invasive airway management and oxygen therapy
Unit Highlights
This is a 40-bed Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit caring for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients, with an emphasis on bariatric and orthopedic care.
* Approximately 39-patient daily census
* Floating required
* Approximately 2–3 weekend shifts per 6 weeks
* Up to 2 pre-approved time-off requests
* 36 hours of orientation
* Strong interdisciplinary support including respiratory therapy, phlebotomy, radiology, pharmacy, physical therapy, social services, Rapid Response and lift teams
Compensation
Up to $2,079 per week
Up to $2,079/week may include taxable wages and applicable non-taxable travel stipends for qualified travelers. Actual compensation may vary based on eligibility, hours worked, and final offer.
