Description
Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse for a 19-week travel assignment with Novant Health in Charlotte, NC.
Job Details
* Specialty: MS/Tele RN
* Location: Charlotte, NC

* Duration: 19 weeks
* Schedule: Nights, 3x12s
* Shift: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
* Hours: 36 hours/week
* Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,139/week
* Employment Type: Travel Contract
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele experience — hard stop
* BLS required
* NIHSS required
* Epic experience preferred
* Travel experience not required
Clinical Experience Candidates should be comfortable with:
* Cardiac monitoring
* Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
* Rapid Response/Code team response
* Peripheral line care
* IV therapy/phlebotomy
* Isolation precautions/PPE
* Oxygen therapy
* Non-invasive airway management
* Med-Surg/Telemetry patient care
Unit Details
* Adult and geriatric population
* Pulmonary/general medical unit
* Common diagnoses include COPD, asthma, tracheostomy patients, and longer-stay medical patients
* Experience with chest tubes, trachs, BiPAP/CPAP, and oxygen therapy is relevant
* No ventilator patients
* Float required within the service line as needed
* Self-scheduling
* 3 weekends every 6 weeks, totaling approximately 6 weekend shifts
* Up to 2 pre-approved time-off requests
* 24 hours of orientation
