Required Skills:

• Current Occupational Therapy license
• 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively with patients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a variety of clinical settings
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Certification in a specialized area of Occupational Therapy (e.g. pediatrics, gerontology)
• Experience with electronic medical records

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• 1+ year of experience as an Occupational Therapist

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel to different locations (specific location: Vernon Ave, Bakersfield, California, 93306)
• Flexibility to work a days schedule (8a-5p, 5-8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)
