Job Description:
As a Travel LVN in the SNF, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates should meet the following requirements:

- Valid California LVN license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or acute care setting
- Current BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
