Location:  Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: Monday 7am-7pm , Tuesday 9am-9pm , Wednesday 7am – 3pm

Requirements:  2 years of Surgical Tech 2 experience

Travelers Only (Must be 50 miles from hospital location)

-American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent.

Job Summary:
As a member of the healthcare team, the Surgical Tech 2 collaborates with the surgical team to provide care for patients, ensuring that the goals of the patients are met and the mission of the hospital is carried out. Responsibilities include performing procedures in a variety of specialties requiring advanced knowledge and skills, and demonstrating a higher level of collaboration with peers in making decisions related to surgical patient care. Other duties may be assigned.

Required Qualifications:
• Two years of full-time equivalent experience as a Surgical Technologist.

Required Education:
• High School/GED and one of the following:
• Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program.
• Completion of a Military Training Program as an Operating Room Specialist.
• Completion of a Froedtert Health sponsored Apprentice II Program.
• Ten or more years of experience as a Surgical Tech.

Preferred Education:
• Not applicable.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent.

Additional Information:
This is the pay range that RightSourcing (a part of Magnit) reasonably expects to pay someone for this position. However, as a supplier, your expected pay range may vary and/or include certain benefits like stipends (for clinical traveler workers only), medical, dental, vision, 401K, and other compulsory benefits such as commissions or incentive bonuses, if applicable. Pay range: USD $53/hr - $79/hr.
