The Critical Care Float Registered Nurse (RN) position offers a unique opportunity to work across various critical care units in a leading acute-care hospital. This role is ideal for experienced RNs looking to expand their skills in a dynamic environment.

Position / Specialty: Critical Care Float RN

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Guaranteed Hours: In the event of low census, Healthcare Providers may be called off without charge or placed on-call (for standard on-call rate) in 4-hour increments up to 1 shift's worth of hours in a 2-week cycle.

Ratios: 1:1 - 1:2

Years of Experience Required: 2 Years

Weekend Requirement: Yes

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS

Call Requirement: No

Special Notes: The Critical Care Float Cluster includes Surgical ICU, Cardiac ICU, Cardiothoracic ICU, Medical ICU & Bone Marrow Transplant/Oncology ICU, as well as one mutually agreeable Med-Surg Department.
