Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in MedSurg and Telemetry at a leading healthcare facility in Concord, MA. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the MedSurg and Telemetry units.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
**Requirements:**
- MA RN License and BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 3 years of MedSurg/Telemetry experience in an acute care facility.
- Telemetry experience is required.
- Local rate $8 less for nights, working 7p-7:30a, 24 hours, every other weekend and holiday.
- Meditech experience is highly preferred.
- Coversheet required.
- Travel experience is required.
