Join our team as a PCU Registered Nurse at a leading acute-care hospital in Thomasville, GA. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced RNs looking to work in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down setting. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care.

This contract position is for a 13-week assignment with the possibility of extension, requiring night shifts of 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00). The start date is set for 10/12/2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS

Required Skills:

• FM - Intermediate/Advanced
• Telemetry
• IV Start

Experience: Minimum 3+ years recent Stepdown experience; previous travel experience preferred.

The facility utilizes Cerner for electronic medical records, and Royal Blue scrubs are required (not provided). Please note that a copy of your Driver's License and updated nursing credentials must be included in your submission for verification of residence to determine if travel or local rates will apply. Local rates apply for those living within 31-50 miles of the facility; travelers living less than 30 miles from the facility are not accepted.
