Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) in Point Pleasant, WV! We are seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced Med Surg environment. This is a contract position with a night shift schedule, perfect for those looking to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.

As a Medical Surgical RN, you will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients on the Medical Surgical floor.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Performing essential procedures such as blood product administration, phlebotomy, and IV management.
• Utilizing telemetry for remote monitoring and managing dysrhythmias.
• Collaborating with the Rapid Response/Code team as needed.
• Providing care for feeding tubes and central lines.

Requirements for this position include:

• Current RN license in the state of West Virginia.
• BLS certification required; NIHHS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience with telemetry and management of dysrhythmias.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
