Join a leading acute-care hospital as an IMC Registered Nurse (RN) in Lynchburg, VA. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing exceptional patient care in the IMC/IMU/PCU/Stepdown unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit.
- Float to Intermediate and MedSurg Units as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the unit specialty; 2-3 years of overall experience preferred.
- First-time travelers are not accepted.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH.
- Licensure: Candidates with pending certifications will be considered.
- Must adhere to the nicotine-free campus policy.
