Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Plymouth, MA. We are currently seeking dedicated RNs to provide exceptional care in a 14-bed critical care unit with 24-hour intensivist coverage, serving adult and geriatric patients with medical and/or surgical issues.

Contract Details: This position guarantees 72 hours biweekly on all assignments, excluding any on-call time worked. Please note that this is a winter staffing need, and candidates must have a current Massachusetts RN license at the time of submission.

Unit Description: The Critical Care Center is equipped to handle complex medical cases, and we require candidates who can demonstrate competency in core critical care skills such as ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, and cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management. Evidence of relevant continuing education is preferred, with CCRN certification being a plus.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification
• 2+ years of ICU experience
• Ability to demonstrate competency in core critical care skills

All requests for time off (RTO) must be presented at the time of submission. Please note that no holiday RTO will be accepted, and no more than 3 days of RTO will be permitted. Additionally, pass/fail testing for telemetry/ECG and medications will be administered prior to acceptance, so we encourage the submission of strong candidates.
