As an ER RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas.
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Ability to work weekends (6 weekends per 6 weeks).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
