Join a leading acute-care hospital in Madison, WI, as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse. This contract position offers the opportunity to work night shifts, providing critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. If you are a dedicated RN with a passion for patient care and a strong background in Neuro Med Surg, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Neuro Med Surg/Telemetry required.
- Epic experience required.
- Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
- BLS certification (AHA only) required.
- Traveler will be required to pass a Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.
