Job Overview
- Travel/contract role
- Night shift, 3x12 hours
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Weekend and holiday rotations based on operational need
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience with Epic
Schedule
- Evening/night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Compliance / Onboarding
- Wisconsin caregiver screening and Wisconsin BID form are required
- Background check required
- E-Verify required
- Employment application required
- 2 clinical references within the last 3 years
- Skills checklist required annually
- Physical exam required by agency standard
- Drug screen required by agency standard
- TB questionnaire required annually
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray required
- MMR immunity or documentation required
- Varicella immunity or documentation required
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination required for direct patient care or blood/body fluid exposure
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
- Photo for badge required
- Communicable disease form required within 90 days of start
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgement required
- Pass/fail telemetry testing acknowledgement required
- State license verification required
- NURSYS verification required
- Acknowledgement of pass/fail testing required for telemetry testing
