Join a leading healthcare provider as an Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Home Health in Oakland, CA. This contract position offers an opportunity to provide essential rehabilitation services to patients in Alameda County. As an OT, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals in their homes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Prioritize start of care visits
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Complete mandatory reporting of start of care visits by the next day
• Submit clinical notes and other documentation within 48 hours of visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
• Be generally responsive during normal business hours

Requirements:

• CA OT License
• One year of Home Health experience

Additional Details:

• Territory: Alameda County (may expand as needed)
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
• Training: 3 full days (one in-house and two in the field)
• Documentation System: Kinnser
• Equipment Issued: iPad, Ring Central
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.655/mile (from first to last patient)
• Parking and Toll Reimbursement: Paid
• Company Car: Option available with a decreased bill rate
• Productivity Requirement: 30 points per week

Point to Hourly Conversion: 1 point = 1.33 hours. Caseloads and visit mixes per day will average 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor.
