As an RN in the A4W Trauma Tele unit, you will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional care. The unit consists of 36 beds and is staffed by over 50 professionals, ensuring a supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Unit Information:

• Current Ratios: Day RN 1:5/6, Night RN 1:6/7
• Equipment: Medical remote telemetry monitoring, Cerner Patient Observation, and workstations on wheels for every staff member.
• EMR: Cerner

Typical Hiring Profile:

• Must Have: BLS, Medical Telemetry
• Preferred: Leadership experience, Charge Nurse experience, BSN

Best Personality Fit: Hard-working, compassionate, team-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Required Certifications:

• BLS (required)
• CMSRN (encouraged)

Dress Code: Navy blue top and bottom, white top and navy blue bottom, or all white.

Weekend Requirements: Must sign up for 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday count as weekend shifts on night shift).
