Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in ICU in Roswell, NM. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU.
• Float to Stepdown and Medical-Surgical (MS) units as required.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort, adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in on-call rotations, with rare call requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications.
• Ability to float to Stepdown and MS units as needed.
• Willingness to work holidays, including at least one Winter holiday.
• Maximum request for time off (RTO): 1 week.

Additional Information:

• Blocked scheduling may be requested, including every other weekend (EOW).
• 48-hour weekly guarantees may be requested.
• Scrub Color: Royal Blue.
• EMR: Cerner.
• Unit Capacity: 16 beds.
• Patient Ratios: 1:2, 1:3-4 for stepdown patients.
