Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate NICU Registered Nurse for a respected neonatal intensive care unit in Asheville, North Carolina. This day‑shift assignment is ideal for an RN skilled in caring for premature and critically ill neonates in a Level II–IV NICU environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill infants
Manage ventilators, CPAP, incubators, IV therapies, and lines
Perform detailed neonatal assessments and respond to acute changes
Collaborate with neonatologists, RTs, and interdisciplinary NICU teams
Educate and emotionally support families throughout care
Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Schedule Details

3×12‑hour day shifts
36 hours/week
13‑week contract

Qualifications

Active RN license (NC or compact)
Minimum 1 year recent NICU Level II/III/IV RN experience
BLS & NRP required
Strong neonatal‑critical‑care assessment skills
