Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse for a respected neonatal intensive care unit in Asheville, North Carolina. This night‑shift contract is ideal for an RN with strong experience caring for premature and critically ill newborns who thrives in a high‑acuity NICU environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill neonates
Monitor ventilators, CPAP, IV therapy, and incubators
Perform neonatal assessments and respond to acute changes
Collaborate with neonatologists, RTs, and NICU teams
Educate and support parents and families
Maintain detailed documentation in EMR systems

Schedule Details

3×12‑hour night shifts
36 hours/week
13‑week contract

Qualifications

Active RN license (NC or compact)
Minimum 1 year recent NICU Level II/III/IV experience
BLS & NRP required
Strong neonatal‑critical‑care skillset
