Pay: $2,200 per week

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

Coordinate patient care and facilitate smooth transitions across healthcare settings

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans

Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and insurance providers

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary

Provide education and support to patients and families

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

Valid Florida RN license or compact RN license

Current BLS certification

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in case management, discharge planning, or care coordination
